With over 27 years of full-time residential real estate sales experience, Monte Davis prides herself on maintaining close contact with her clients and paying attention to the details to avoid problems. Monte believes in giving back to the community, having previously served as a Planning Commissioner, a member of a Board of Equalization of Real Estate Assessments, the first woman President of a Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee of a Hospital Board, a member of a county task force on Affordable Housing, President  of  a local chapter of The American Heart Association, a member of a State Chamber of Commerce, and currently she is a  member of The Board of Trustees of The Sarasota Opera and an active member of Our Lady of The Angels Catholic Church.
